Contractors and customers, we heard you. Here’s what we’ve added in 2024:

Contractor’s Area

We’ve curated a dedicated contractor’s area in our store to streamline project planning, offer individualized support, and deliver quality products.

New Store Hours

We have extended our store hours to accommodate the early risers. Our store now opens at 6:30 AM to give contractors and early birds time to get what they need for the job.

Pain Point: Limited Products and Supplies

“They gutted half the store…”

Product availability was a common concern, especially during our remodel in early 2024. So, we took action.

Drive-Thru Lumber Area

Our lumber yard now has a drive-thru garage to make store visits faster and more efficient. Now, contractors and DIYers can quickly load up quality supplies without leaving their vehicles. 

New Pro-Focused Product Selection

Stop by our Pro-Focused Product section, now expanded for contractors and DIYers every need. We have quality tools and high-demand materials to complete any project. 

Monthly Community Events

To further engage with the community, BFS | Alliance Home & Pro Center hosts monthly events that showcase the best products, tools, and vendors. These events give shoppers a chance to interact directly with industry experts, learn about the latest innovations, and receive exclusive offers. It’s also a great opportunity for contractors and DIY enthusiasts to connect, network, and stay informed about the newest trends in home improvement.

Additional Pro Sales Team Members

The BFS | Alliance Home & Pro Center staff has new Pro Sales team members to offer you personalized service and expert guidance through your project. 

Expanded Cabinet Design Team

Our Cabinet Design Team is growing to give customers more detailed and personalized service for kitchen and bathroom design projects. 

Additional Window Install Team Added

We have also added a Window Install team, so your home improvement needs involve shorter wait times and better quality service.
